On Saturday, November 12th, 2022, CHF was proud to co-host, along with GCHA, GCCHE and CUSOM, a Global Climate and Health Networking Reception at Sultan Garden Resorts in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. The reception united over 300 members of the health community from COP27 to promote collaboration, brainstorm new ideas, and the work of colleagues in other nations.

The reception featured prominent speakers, including Dr Omnia El Omrani, first official Youth Envoy for the COP27 President and Egyptian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr Maria Neira, Director, Public Health, Environment and Social Determinants of Health Department (PHE) World Health Organisation  and  Dr Mustafa Santiago Ali,  Climate & Environmental Justice Activist.
